Day 5

Although it really wasn't that warm out, the boys and I went on a walk. We stopped off at the park mid-walk so the boys could play. I can't wait for summer!
Today's workout:
18 minute walk
100 lunges
400 leg lifts (200 on each side)
60 leg backs (30 on each side)
60 leg hydrants (30 on each side)
10 push ups
200 crunches
10 arm raises
30 airplanes
