Day 39

Today was my baby's 2nd birthday. Between cleaning the house from top to bottom and getting ready for his party, there wasn't much time to workout. I only managed 10 push ups.

The boys and I took a 29 minute walk to the post office and back and then I did the 30 minute flexibility program on my Wii My Fitness Coach game.

Day 37

I almost forgot to workout today. I seriously was in bed and thought, "oh crap, i didn't do anything today." So I hopped out of bed and did 10 pushups.

I worked out in the yard A LOT.
I dug up flowers, replanted them, put in a border around some of my flowerbeds and mulched my front and backyard flowerbeds.
Yes, it really was a work out.

Day 35

I did the Wii My Fitness Coach again for 30 minutes. This time I stuck to the lower body workout. I am loving this game.

My 4 year old and I did another workout on My Fitness Coach.
We chose the 30 minute yoga one this time.

I had to try to work off that big birthday dinner and cake from last night so I did:
60 crunches
2 minutes jumping jacks (seriously, why is that so hard?)
30 push ups
50 squats
24 minute walk
My kids gave me the Wii game My Fitness Coach for my birthday so I did 30 minutes of the cardio workout on that too (which basically equals a 30 minute work out video)

I may have burned off a few sips of the beer that I had tonight. My husband has been out of town for the majority of the week so I deserved it.

Day 28

Owww...I hurt. Surprisingly my back doesn't hurt at all but the backs of my thighs are killing me, I'm assuming from bending down to pick up all the sticks yesterday.
Today I took the boys to the Farmstead for almost 3 hours. That probably adds up to an hour of walking. I also picked up about 1,432 sticks in our backyard and did 10 push ups. That's all you're getting out of me today.

I had a really good day today in terms of working out.
1o minutes elliptical
10 minutes bike
(I would have done more but my 2 year old decided he didn't like being in the child watch.)
mowed front and back yard
pulled weeds in the front yard
picked up a ton of sticks in the front yard
If nothing else, my back is going to be sore tomorrow.

Happy Easter!
I ate way too much today. Caramel rolls, honey baked ham, potatoes, candy, more ham, more candy. I'm starting to get sick to my stomach just thinking about it all.
Tonight I did:
100 lunges
60 leg hydrants (30 on each side)

I'm slowly getting back into the swing of things.

I'm almost at 100% but I still wanted to take it easy today. I did 10 push ups.

I spent the day in bed, alternating between throwing up and other stuff. I made myself do 10 pushups but that was it.
