10 push ups

Day 10

While watching t.v. tonight, I did:
400 leg lifts (200 on each side)
60 leg backs (30 on each side)
60 leg hydrants (30 on each side)
10 push ups
200 crunches
10 arm raises
10 push ups
30 airplanes

Day 9

Not much time to do much today. I did a quick 100 lunges before bed. I knew when I started that there would be days like this.

Day 8

I did the circuit weights at the gym tonight. I stuck to around 30 lbs for my arms and 50-90 for my legs. I'll have to see if I'm sore tomorrow and adjust if needed.

30 minutes on the bike (again).

Not much today...only 30 minutes on the bike.

Day 5

Although it really wasn't that warm out, the boys and I went on a walk. We stopped off at the park mid-walk so the boys could play. I can't wait for summer!
Today's workout:
18 minute walk
100 lunges
400 leg lifts (200 on each side)
60 leg backs (30 on each side)
60 leg hydrants (30 on each side)
10 push ups
200 crunches
10 arm raises
30 airplanes

Day 4

I spent today running around like crazy - grocery store, Sam's, doctor appointments and my car had to go in to get new tires. Crazy day.
I still managed to accomplish:
400 leg lifts
30 airplanes
10 push ups
10 arm raises

Day 3

I actually wasn't sore today like I thought I would be (yeah!) so I decided to do the same routine again. 3 days down, 362 to go.
Here's what I accomplished:
100 lunges (50 walking, 50 squatting)
400 leg lifts (200 on each side)
30 airplanes
60 leg backs (30 on each side)
60 leg hydrants (30 on each side)
10 push ups
200 crunches
10 arm raises

Day 2

No cardio today. I stuck with stuff I could do at home.
I did:
100 lunges (50 walking, 50 squatting)
400 leg lifts (200 on each side)
30 airplanes
60 leg backs (30 on each side)
60 leg hydrants (30 on each side)

200 crunches
I am going to be sore tomorrow after doing those lunges.

Day 1

The simple truth of the matter is that I need to get my booty in gear. I want to lose weight. I was always active growing up but since having kids, my work outs have taken a backseat to the other 1,328,206 things going on in our lives. I'm lucky to get one or two workouts in during a week. I need to start making my health a priority. I'm going to attempt to work out every day for a year, even if it's simply doing a set of lunges. Wish me luck....
Day 1: I was hoping to start my program off with a bang. Unfortunately I had to work (I work part-time) so I was only able to get in 20 minutes on the bike.
