I can't believe it's already been 1 year.
I'm going to make up the 4 days I missed (84, 177, 268 and 317) and then just record my stuff over at daily mile.
Oh, and in case you wonder why you haven't seen any of the 30 day shred on here lately, I thought I had it checked out from the library for a month but it was only for 2 weeks. I returned it and requested it again but it's going to take a while. Last time I looked, I was #55 on the waitlist.
