c25k - week 2, run 3 - 9 min. run, 21 min. walk
weights
i'm having a hard time doing both my c25k and 30 day shred. i'm going to try to do the shred 5 days a week (key word = try) and fit my c25k in when i can. i'm not in a hurry with either one.
