Day 2

No cardio today. I stuck with stuff I could do at home.
I did:
100 lunges (50 walking, 50 squatting)
400 leg lifts (200 on each side)
30 airplanes
60 leg backs (30 on each side)
60 leg hydrants (30 on each side)
10 push ups
200 crunches
I am going to be sore tomorrow after doing those lunges.
