Day 1

The simple truth of the matter is that I need to get my booty in gear. I want to lose weight. I was always active growing up but since having kids, my work outs have taken a backseat to the other 1,328,206 things going on in our lives. I'm lucky to get one or two workouts in during a week. I need to start making my health a priority. I'm going to attempt to work out every day for a year, even if it's simply doing a set of lunges. Wish me luck....
Day 1: I was hoping to start my program off with a bang. Unfortunately I had to work (I work part-time) so I was only able to get in 20 minutes on the bike.
