Day 3

I actually wasn't sore today like I thought I would be (yeah!) so I decided to do the same routine again. 3 days down, 362 to go.
Here's what I accomplished:
100 lunges (50 walking, 50 squatting)
400 leg lifts (200 on each side)
30 airplanes
60 leg backs (30 on each side)
60 leg hydrants (30 on each side)
10 push ups
200 crunches
10 arm raises
