C25K Week 1 - Run 6 8 minute run 22 minute walk mowed the front yard, pulled weeds in front and back and picked up sticks in the front yard. I'm trying to make up for yesterday.
The simple truth of the matter is that I need to get my booty in gear. I want to lose weight. I was always active growing up but since having kids, my work outs have taken a backseat to the other 1,328,206 things going on in our lives. I'm lucky to get one or two workouts in during a week. I need to start making my health a priority. I'm going to attempt to work out every day for a year, even if it's simply doing a set of lunges.
