My Fitness Coach - 30 minutes lower body
C25K - Week 1, Day 5
10 minute run
20 minute walk
(my Garmin said I burned 269 calories and went 2.04 miles)
I know this isn't surprising but it's amazing how much faster I can go when I'm not pushing a child in a running stoller

  1. i am certainly no where NEAR being able to run with the single jogger for more than about 3 minutes, but i hate pushing that thing even for walking...i have to shorten my stride so much that i wake up in pain the next morning!

  2. nothing annoys (well, amazes) me more than during a 5k when a person running w/ a jogging stroller (remember, they usually start at the back of the pack) passes me. them, and kids.
