C25K - week 2, run 2 10.5 min run 19.5 min walk It was not a good run. It wasn't hard but I took Mac again and he was either dragging me or I was dragging him.
The simple truth of the matter is that I need to get my booty in gear. I want to lose weight. I was always active growing up but since having kids, my work outs have taken a backseat to the other 1,328,206 things going on in our lives. I'm lucky to get one or two workouts in during a week. I need to start making my health a priority. I'm going to attempt to work out every day for a year, even if it's simply doing a set of lunges.
