I'm trying to start up running again. I haven't run since Thanksgiving when we did a 5k. Not even a week after that I had a miscarriage and couldn't work out for 3 weeks. After that, I don't really have an excuse. This was maybe the 6th time I've run since then.
Couch to 5K - Week 1, Day 1
10 minute run
31.5 minute walk
(Plus, I was pushing a child in a running stroller. My Garmin watch says I did 2.55 miles and burned 313 calories)
mowed the yard
My Fitness Coach = 30 minutes upper body
Yes, I rocked today.
