Day 31

I had to try to work off that big birthday dinner and cake from last night so I did:
60 crunches
2 minutes jumping jacks (seriously, why is that so hard?)
30 push ups
50 squats
24 minute walk
My kids gave me the Wii game My Fitness Coach for my birthday so I did 30 minutes of the cardio workout on that too (which basically equals a 30 minute work out video)
