Crap. I've now missed 2 days out of 177. I really don't have an excuse. I did nothing but read all morning and then our afternoon and evening were busy. I should have done something in the morning.
The simple truth of the matter is that I need to get my booty in gear. I want to lose weight. I was always active growing up but since having kids, my work outs have taken a backseat to the other 1,328,206 things going on in our lives. I'm lucky to get one or two workouts in during a week. I need to start making my health a priority. I'm going to attempt to work out every day for a year, even if it's simply doing a set of lunges.
