10 push ups and i've been painting for the last 2 days. that has to count for something, right? i've made everything up now so all my future workouts will be posted on http://www.dailymile.com/.
The simple truth of the matter is that I need to get my booty in gear. I want to lose weight. I was always active growing up but since having kids, my work outs have taken a backseat to the other 1,328,206 things going on in our lives. I'm lucky to get one or two workouts in during a week. I need to start making my health a priority. I'm going to attempt to work out every day for a year, even if it's simply doing a set of lunges.
